At TrueMarket.co.in, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and related terms.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within  1 hour of confirmation.

  • Orders placed Time 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.


2. Delivery Time

  • Delivery time depends on your location and product availability.

  • Local Deliveries (within city limits)

Please note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather, festivals, or courier service issues.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above ₹499 (or as mentioned in promotions).

  • A nominal delivery fee will apply to orders below the free delivery threshold, depending on your location.


4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted and reputed courier and logistics partners to ensure timely and safe deliveries. In certain areas, we may also offer in-house delivery by TrueMarket staff.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your delivery in real time until it reaches your doorstep.


6. Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will make two additional attempts. If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or missing items, contact us within 24 hours at truemarket.co.in@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
