At TrueMarket.co.in, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Refund and Return Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for your purchases.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You notify us within 2 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid order number or receipt must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables

  • Frozen or perishable food items

  • Dairy, bakery, and meat products

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at [7799434306] within 4 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order ID, clear images or videos of the damaged/incorrect item, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or replacement at your doorstep.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (or wallet credit) within 3–5 business days.

  • In case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Replacement Policy

If the item is available in stock, we’ll send a replacement instead of a refund, based on your preference. Replacements are processed immediately after verification.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charge.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

  • If cancelled after dispatch, standard return procedures will apply.
